Hi,

This could be due to human papilloma virus infection if you are sexually active or could be due to infected hair follicle that lead to abscess formation. So, I would recommend that you get tested to exclude human papilloma virus infection. if excluded then please schedule with your doctor for pus evacuation and a prescription of topical and systemic antibiotics.
