Question : I have a burring noise in both ears, when I bend over along very slight vertigo and very short episode of not being able to focus. All subsided within a few seconds. Started two weeks ago, but seems to be increasing in longevity and frequency

Brief Answer:
Inner ear dysfunction.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

The described symptoms seems to be related to an inner ear condition where the balance system is located. It occurs secondary to an inflammation, infection, allergy and a few systemic conditions. I would consider treating symptomatically with antihistamines (tab Zyrtec) once a night for a few days along with plenty of fluids and rests.

In the meanwhile if the problem continues, I encourage you to see a doctor for careful clinical evaluation which will include battery of blood test along with ear examination.

Hope this helps. Let me know if you need clarifications.
Regards
