Brief Answer:
Probably wax accumulated

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

There is probably wax or fluid accumulation due to infection abdominal this is common after antibiotic course. It should be wash with hydrogen peroxide but only 1 weeksl after the recovery form the infection(after last antibiotic pill). It should be done by GP or ENT doctor. It is also important to avoid cold ND windy environment and use decongestant if you have associated sinusitis. Wish you good health. Regards
