Detailed Answer:
Hi I am Dr Gopal Goel Orthopedic Surgeon.
I have gone through the details and in my opinion you have either postural hypotension , cochlear vertigo due to ear problem or cervical spondylosis.
I would suggest that you start Anti Vertigo medicines immediately. If you are on Medicines for hypertension then consult your doctor for the same.
To rule out cervical spondylosis please get X rays of cervical spine and consult an ENT specialist to look of ear problem if blood pressure is normal.
Thanks for the question. Please feel free to ask any other question.
