Brief Answer:
Seems like sciatica and may need neurosurgeon review

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Based on the history you have shared, it be pain of sciatica which is a condition caused by nerve entrapment and the nerve in this case involved is sciatic nerve which arises from lower spine.

A CT scan or MRI if lower some may be helpful in diagnosis however a careful neurological examination by a neurosurgeon before any further work up is a must.

Meanwhile OTC analgesics like acetaminophen or Ibuprofen can be continued for pain. If pain persists, more potent analgesics like tramadol or gabapentin can be used.

Supplements for calcium, bisphonates, vitamin D3 and B12 may also be helpful. Wishing you a speedy recovery.
