Question: Why do i throw up after eating white rice and quinoa in last few weeks?

Well some time consuming quinoa can cause nausea, vomiting in rare instances due to excess consumption or as a part of allergic reaction.
So worthwhile stopping it for some time and see how you feel.
Also try following things and see how you feel
1. avoid sleeping or lying down 2 hours after meals
2. go for regular walk
3. take small frequent meals
4. avoid excess tea, coffee, aerated drinks.
5. also avoiding stress anxiety taking adequate sleep for 7 to 8 hrs a day will help you in long run
