Question : My hand turned very red and itches some and is hot to touch. It is on the palm of my hand it feels swollen

Perhaps you have Urticaria. I suggest you to take an oral antihistamine e.g Cetrizine 10mg tab or Loratadine10mg tab once a day for a few days
