I think I’m following the correct technique for Flonase. I breathe In my nose pretty hard after I take it, should I inhale gently after I take it? No I don’t gargle after I take the Flonase. Also doctor is it better to breathe through my nose or my mouth? I find myself breathing through my mouth more often than my nose. Thank you
