Question : My friend got panic attack in February 2023. He got medicine from neurologist and feel fine.now he is feeling nervousness again while walking, activity etc

Hello,

Just feeling nervousness isn't enough reason to take medications for anxiety. I think he may need to check thyroid first doing thyroid profile and heart examination, EKG. If they are normal but he is still feeling anxiety symptoms he may require treatment.
