Why Does Sore Throat Happen Every Morning ?
Question: I had sore throat every morning when i wake up no fever temperature is 36.1 also i do smoke daily and drink occasionally on weekends. I look into my mouth and found looks like mass when i put my finger as shown in the photo and worried what mass is it ?
My friends and wife they dont have that. Kindly see the attachment oh photo and let me know what mass is that and why i am having it.

I have gone through the image attached. It appears to be swollen tonsil. It is unusual for a one sided tonsillitis. I would request you to send an image of the opposite side too.
Have you tried any medications?
Do you have cough ?

Yes i can attach other side i have attached but i dont have cough i dont have swallowing issue nothing
