Question : Hello doctor, everyday even after sleeping for 6-7 hours, i feel drowsy like throughout daytime. The body doesn't seem tired, it's just that drowsiness in my eyes & around that makes me feel to lie down.
Even after laying down, mostly i can't sleep & it's more of a hibernation node which remains. What is supposedly wrong with me? This has been going on for years on & off now. This has made my life hell as i don't want to do anything during daytime.

Generally, with medication etc. how much time does it take to get fully cured ? i do have this long standing issue so i am expecting it might take some time but can i expect any improvement during initial days of starting meds. as a sign that medicine is working?
