                                            Question : experiencing contractions in the centre- in between lungs above belly. sometimes it gets triggered after sneezing.

Lifestyle is quite been non active in terms physical workout from 3-4 months due to work from home and doing House chores by myself but I still try and go for walk in the evening or night thrice a week. I generally prefer home cook food and eating habits are good as I don't cosume water before or after my meal for atleast 30 mins. I smoke and drink occasionally.
3. Yes, my dad is a heart patient but having said that I tend to keep myself fit howsoever possible.
4. None.
5. My dad a medical history of being a heart patient as already mentioned. He also has High blood pressure, diabetes and kidney and liver issue.
6. Not exactly but sometime yes.

As you have a family history of heart disease along with smoking habit. It’s advisable that you should get a echo and TMT done to rule out any underlying cardiac issues.
