Question : Feeling a cramp left side below ribs (Between rib and hp) feel a kind of gatric but don't know and this is happening from last night. Was eated while working on something hrs and all of a sudden. Usualy I stand up every 1 hr to relax, however yester sat for long hrs. When I press below the rib area I don't feel pain, however when getting up or picking weight a bit of discomfort.

The attached image is the exact spot I feel the discomfort.

Usually pain related to acid peptic disorder or gas is located on Right side just opposite to the point you are showing.
The organ present on the left side at this point is spleen.
The nature of pain you are having is very likely musculoskeletal in nature.
I would suggest you to use any over the counter muscles relaxant along with warm fomentation of the area.
Try it for minimum 2 days.
