Brief Answer:
Get a stress echo done

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
This is Dr Sameer Maheshwari, I am a cardiologist based in
Considering the pain doesn’t always increase on exertion, it should not be related to heart.
As the ECG and Echo are already done which are normal, I’ll advise you to get a Stress echo done.
This will show exactly if there is anything related to heart.
If it is normal than nothing to be done and you can be relaxed.
Thanks and regards
