Why Fever Has Not Came Down Had Fever Took Paracetamol?

Question : I've felt weak since morning. then I developed a mild fever. I kept working in office, took a combiflam at around 11:30. By 2:00 I felt better. however, around 3:00 pm I again developed a fever and had a paracetamol. the fever has not came down since then. I came home, slept for about 2 hours, woke up at 7:00, checked and found that I have a temperature of 101.9.
took another combiflam.

all this while I have been feeling weak.

Thanks for posting your query. I have gone through your query it looks like viral fever. I would suggest you to take tab. Dolo 650 mg as and when required for a maximum of 4 times a day.

Have lots of fluids, avoid oily and spicy food.
