Question : Hi , for the last 2 weeks I have a weird sensation in my mouth it feels like my tongue is fuzzy feeling and sometimes I can taste a metallic taste, it sets of anxiety as I don’t like it it feels like I have hairs on my tongue

This condition of altered sense of taste is known as dysgeusia. This could happen due to various reasons such as
1. Poor oral hygiene
2. While taking some medicines such as antibiotics.
3. Stress
4. Vitamin deficiencies
5. Excess smoking
6. Dehydration
7. Excessive consumption of fizzy drinks and sweets.

My suggestion to you is:
1. Drink frequent sips of water to keep the oral mucosa hydrated.
2. Change the tooth paste if you have started anything different recently.
3. Avoid coffee, fizzy drinks and smoking, if any.
4. Try to consume plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables.
