Question : Hi,

From last 4-5 days i am regularly getting whole headache whenever i wakes up in morning. And sometime it goes after 1 to 3 hour and sometimes it don't go automatically.

In my opinion, sinusitis should be considered as a possible condition.

Imaging studies and an ENT evaluation are necessary for this purpose.

In the meantime, NSAID drugs such as ibuprofen or paracetamol should be used to relieve the symptoms.

If sinusitis is not found to be the cause, then an evaluation by your Neurologist is necessary.
