I would explain as follows :

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

This dizzy spells could be related to hypotension and more specifically to orthistatic hypotension.

Coming to this point, I recommend consulting with your doctor for a careful physical examination and discuss on the opportunity of performing additional tests like:

- restng ECG,
- ambulatory ECG monitoring ( Holter ),
- cardiac ultrasound,
- Tilt test,
- complete blood count,
,- thyroid hormones level,
-adrenal function tests
