Hello,

Do you have any other symptoms like fever, sore throat etc.?
Are you taking any medicines?
How did it start? Did you exercise a lot?

Please get blood tested for complete blood count, kidney function test, liver function test, thyroid profile, serum electrolytes, dengue and chikungunya. Meanwhile, drink lots of fluids. Take pain killers like ibuprofen 200 mg twice a day for body aches.

Possibly a viral infection

Hi,

This is possibly a viral infection. Most viral infections get better in 7-10 days by themselves and no specific treatment is needed. You may take the following medicines if needed:
- Tab Ibuprofen for body pain
- Tab Cetirizine before sleeping

Take hot fluids like: put some turmeric, carom seeds, basil leaves, ginger and brown sugar in water, bring it to boil and consume it like tea
