Question : I been having severe pain on my right side just below my rib cage. Worst while setting down

Hi,
Pain below rib cage on right side could be due to Liver/Gall bladder disease.
You have mentioned that except MRI, all other investigations are over.
Whether ultrasound abdomen is done? If so, what is the status of Liver and Gallbladder? If they are normal, the most common cause of pain in that area which is related to posture could be due to Musculoskeletal cause.
I prescribe Skeletal muscle relaxant like THIOCOLCHICOSIDE to my patients with similar complaints.
