The red dot you are seeing is most likely related to friction and local tissue trauma related to intercourse.
This is most certainly not related to any type of sexually transmitted infection.
I would advise that you apply some moisturizing cream to the affected area. Refrain from any type of physical or sexual activity affecting that area for the next couple of days and I anticipate that the tissue will heal gradually and return to normal.
