Question : I started getting intermittent hot flashes a few hours ago. Also my right jaw is tight and the outside of my face is very swollen in that area. I’m a 56yr old male

Hi,

According to your complaints it seems to be an allergic reaction.
It could be due to multiple causes like certain foods, drugs or infection in the body.
I would recommend you to take antihistaminic like tablet Cetirizine 10 mg twice daily for few days.
This should resolve your problem.
If it still persists consult a doctor and get yourself evaluated.
