Question : Hello. I am 22 years old and have chronic pain in my ankles. I have played basketball for years, especially outdoors causing my multiple sprains. Also I have tendinitis in both knees I believe. Maybe some arthritis as well. I’m lactose intolerant and have a history of heart disease in my family and in my life.
