Brief Answer:
Eczematous or urticarial rash, cortisone cream and antihistaminic

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

The rash seems to be either eczematous or urticarial in nature.

Have you used or applied anything new on the skin? Have you eaten anything different or taken any medicine last night? Please let me know if you have any other ailments.

Meanwhile apply topical steroid like cortisone cream on the affected area twice daily and take antihistaminic like tablet Cetirizine 10 mg once daily at bedtime. This should resolve it.

I hope to have answered your query. I would be happy to answer any further queries.
Regards,
Dr. Asmeet
