I would recommend performing some tests.
Detailed Answer:
Hello!
Welcome to Ask a Doctor service!
I understand your concern and would explain that your symptoms could be indicative of cardiac arrhythmia, especially considering your past medical history.
For this reason, I would recommend consulting with your attending physician for a physical exam and performing an ambulatory 24-48 hours ECG monitoring ( Holter) in order to examine your heart rhythm trends for a prolonged time and investigate on the type of cardiac arrhythmia.
I would also recommend checking thyroid hormone levels, blood electrolytes and complete blood count in order to exclude other possible causes which can trigger cardiac arrhythmia.
I remain at your disposal for any further questions whenever you need!
Kind regards,
Dr.Ilir Sharka Cardiologist
