Brief Answer:
Needs more evaluation

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for your query.

There appears to be the presence of a tumor in the head. We have to get a Contrast-enhanced CT scan done to identify what the tumor is.

Is he been loosing weight in recent past ?
Does he have any history of accidents or injuries to the head in past ?

Brief Answer:
Neurologist

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for writing back.

I would recommend a visit to a neurologist. As the description of the tumour alone cannot give hint into what type of cancer it is.

You may have to be evaluated in detail by a neurologist to identify whether the tumour is benign r malignant.

Hope, I answered your query.

Wish you good health.
