Brief Answer: .... Detailed Answer: Hi there. Thanks for writing in. It is quite possible that the cause of your face getting darker might be due to exposure to the sun. Even though you stay in an ac room most of the time, it is quite possible that your skin is very sensitive to sun exposure. Wash your face twice a day with a good face wash. Apply a lotion with SPF in the day time ...for eg. Melagard 50 At night, you can apply Demelan cream. Regular exercise 30 minutes a day 5 days a week is a must. Drink 8-10 glasses of water daily. Eat plenty of fresh fruits, dark green leafy vegetables etc. Visit a dermatologist for a complete examination and assessment of the condition. Hope this helps. Regards, Dr. Divya Kuttikrishnan
