Question: Hello Doctor, I went to play football game yesterday, and now my lower inside right knee is hurting when I press it. I feel tension in right knee while walking. Attached pictures

It is most probably a runners knee (patellofemoral pain syndrome). It is best treated by giving rest to the joint and wearing a knee brace during any movements.

If there is suspected ligament injury that may have happened during tackling during game. Then an orthopedic visit is required to confirm diagnosis.
