Brief Answer:
it can be physiological in menses , but if it is severe then needs investigations

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear
During menses or ovulating time due contraction pain arises , but if it is severe its better to do usg [ultrasonography ] it will rule out if there is any severity ,do u have fever ? did u try to conceive ? still simple tests esr, urinalysis, cbc can be done , tab tylenol upto 650 mg per day symptomatically can be taken and take natalins Rx tab single per day for a week, or also any history of injury ? [menses ,hormones, and other reasons can be relieved easil
