Question : i sat for masturbation and saw this type of skin,why is my penis skin like this ?? its cranky when its soft but fine when erected

It seems to be lichen sclerosis et atrophicus.
It is a chronic and resistant skin condition characterized by atrophic wrinkled skin.
I would recommend you to apply tacrolimus 0.1 percent ointment on the affected area twice daily for 4 weeks.
It is a prescription drug and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
