Question : Hi I march 1st I started having a period . On March 6th I took 2 test and they were positive and on March 19th I did a blood test and it was negative and on March 24th I started bleeding again and now the month I didn’t get a period so I wanted to know could I be further along in my pregnancy

I have read your query,

Urine tests were positive on 6th March and now you missed a period.
However a blood test was negative on 19th March. So, most probably, you were not pregnant till 24th March. The reasons for two positive tests on March 6 could be false positive or a missed abortion.

Now that you have missed a period, it is right time to perform the urine or blood pregnancy test again. This missed period could be due to physical inactivity, stress, if not pregnancy. If these tests are not conclusive then a vaginal ultrasound of pelvic region will be confirmatory.
