Brief Answer:
It suggests weak immunity or allergies

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

From your description it seems that she suffers from cold/cough repeatedly. It suggests either weak immunity or allergies. We need to confirm diagnosis so that further management can be done accordingly. So I will suggest that you get a detailed evaluation done by an ear, nose, throat specialist.

I will suggest that you run the following tests:
- Complete blood count
- liver function test
- Serum immunoglobulin profile
- chest X ray PA view
- sputum for culture and sensitivity
Any other test can be added by ENT specialist if needed.

Meanwhile avoid her exposure to any polluted or dusty air. Wash her hands frequently. Avoid swimming. Also give her cleaner water to drink.

Hope this helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.
