Why Is Pain In My Knees While Sitting Down On Toilet Seat And While Stepping Down On Stairs?
Question: Hi Dr.
I feel pain in my knees while sitting down on Toilet Seat and while stepping down on stairs. I saw a Dr and after checking my xRAY report he said that it's the start of Osteo Arthritis. He prescribed Collagen and Glucosamine Tablet along with curcumin. But after taking it for one month there is apparently no difference.
I also feel energy less in the morning.

Tab. Nusaid P, 0-0-1 × 5 days AF
Muscle strengthening exercises for knee will help with decreasing the progression of the disease.
