Question: Hi , I am having a pain in my private part. We had a sexual intercourse on 3 February after that I had started developing a little pain. We tried to do a sexual intercourse a few other times. However the private part intially becomes hard and during the intercourse becomes soft.

Thanks for query .Based on the facts that you have paosted it seems that you have pain in your Penis after sexual intercourse.

I shall be happy if younprovide few more details to address your concern and make suggestions and make comments on your problem .
1) Are you able to penetrate vagina during intercourse .
2) How long your intercourse lasts ?
3) Do you ejaculate within one minute of penetrating Vagina?

Pain in penis for few minutes or an hour is common after intercourse and is due to congestion resulting from incresed blood flow to penis during erection which subsides naturally .However if pain lasts for more than an hour you need to take anti inflamatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily for a couple of days.

I had an intercourse twice on Friday - 3 Feb but before that we are also having intercourse almost everyday for almost a week.
No I did not ejaculate while penetrating Vagina.

On 4 Feb when I tried to penetrate vagina during intercourse the private part became soft. I tired many times so I have developed a little pain in the front of my private part. Again we tried on 4 and 5 Feb it was hard but when I tried to penetrate for 2 minutes it become soft and stared developing a pain.
We had done intercourse on 7 th February and it was perfect. But next day when we tried we had the similar problem. There is sweet pain in the front of private part.

Thanks for follow up .The problem that you are facing is due to successive intercourse attempted over a short interval .

Ideally it takes 12-24 hours for penis to come to normal status after having a sex .
Hence any attempt to have intercourse within a short period of interval results in incresed inflammation of penis giving rise to pain in penis .

I wouls suggest you to have intercourse on ulternate day to be more enjoyable .

You have to approach HCM to convert this discussion into phone call discussion .

Please provide some medicine for the pain. We haven’t had sexual intercouse for the last 5 days although I tried but could not perform as a started having a sweet pain.
