Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for being here on Healthcaremagic.com.
I am Dr.Ajay Panwar, a neurologist, here to answer your query.

Dear friend,
I shall surely help you out with your query but I'm afraid the details you have provided here too short to reply well.

Still,I need to tell you here that we give 'citicoline' and 'edavarone' in clinical practice to the patients of stroke(cerebrovascular disorders). In patients of cerebral infarcts, early institution of both these drugs is known to enhance and speed up the recovery of neurological functions like weakness of extremities, speech, memory and cognition.

These drugs are also known to help recover the neurological functions in 'diffuse brain damage'.But, 'Diffuse brain atrophy' in old age, is not an indication to give 'citicoline' and 'edavarone'.

So,please tell the complaints/medical history/clinical history of your grandmom and upload the Magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) image so that I can have a look upon it and interpret the reason for which these drugs must have been given.

Injection 'Xone' is 'Ceftriaxone' which is an antibiotic and must have been given to counteract some infection.
Please tell details as I asked in follow-up, so that I can answer your query better.
