Question : why is the head of my penis sore after oral sex and how do i treat it i am uncircumcised and it is painful at the base of the head

Is there any evidence of trauma or irritation on your penis?

You could try putting some hydrocortisone cream on the area of irritation three times per day until the symptoms go away.
