Any Prostate surgery?
Do you find semen like thing in urine passed after orgasm?
Any pain or discomfort during orgasm?

I have had some prostate problems in the past and am taking Tamsulosin . No surgeries . I do notice some semen like stuff in my urine after orgasm . No pain during orgasm. I do have high blood pressure and am taking Amlodipine for that. No stress or anxiety issues.

It indicates that you have retrograde ejaculation and can be caused by Tamsulosin.
Retrograde means the semen goes to bladder during orgasm hence no ejaculation seen.
