Question : When I was very sick before two months, I was feeling bloating and pain on the left side, as I explained to you earlier, and there was something like a large balloon under the last ribs of the rib cage on the left side. And after taking the medicines and following your advices, the pain gradually disappeared, but now when I eat food I feel a slight swelling without pain in the same place as if it is a small balloon, and when I do not eat anything I do not feel neither bloating nor pain.
Two months ago, when I made the tests, I made tests for the pancreas and its size was normal and everything was okay. Why is this happening and is there a special treatment for this problem or will it disappear on its own with days? Is it possible that there is a problem in the spleen, for example?
Thank you very much my doctor.

Follow up.
Detailed Answer:
Hello again,
I don't feel it's anything to worry about or related to an organ like sleep but I would now suggest you go for three basic tests:
1)Ultrasound abdomen
2)Fecal calprotectin
3)Stool culture test.
Do follow up with the reports.
Keep taking probiotic and antacid till following up as suggested earlier.
Thanks!
