Question : Friday evening, it started with pain in left hand ring finger. Now the entire left hand is paining along with ring finger.

From today morning I am getting neck pain mam in left side.
I didn't face any injury.
No co-morbities.
I am not taking any medicines.

Hi,

Ok, It can be due to a muscle strain or bad posture. I would suggest you the following medicines.
Tab. Etoricoxib 90 mg 1-0-0 for 5 days after food
Tab. Nusaid P 0-0-1 for 5 days after food.
Hot fomentation and Volini gel for local application
Avoid using your phone too much and strain to your hand and neck.
