Brief Answer:
You just need to exercise regularly

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

LDL cholesterol is the bad cholesterol that may in future be a risk factor for cardiovascular problems like blood pressure, heart attacks and stroke etc. It gets raised due to inactive lifestyle or high calorie foods intake. So to keep it in control, you may take lesser of calorie rich foods like cakes, pastries, cookies, sweets, etc. One should also exercise regularly to burn the calories. This should help in lowering the cholesterol.
Diet plan would be needed if it goes higher than 190.
If you still wish to have a personalized diet plan for yourself, you can raise a diet request from your dashboard and one of our dieticians will respond to it.
If you have more doubts, you can share your report in the followup.
