Question : dear sir
i am 40 aged male and my weight is 95 kg, a little obesed.. my problem is my armpit and thighs are dark colored.. i visited a general physician he prescribed. calamine lotion and it ahve very little effect on me.. ao pls u suggest a cream or lotion or an oraled... physician told tht its only due to the weight gain nt any bacterial problem

Dark coloration of armpit and thigh is usually associated with obesity.
You can use Livalite roll on for overnight application and Livalite soap or Glyha koj soap for taking bath.
These will help in reducing the discoloration.
Please get your blood sugar levels checked. Diabetes is also one of the cause for such discoloration.
If possible upload a photograph of the involved area.
This will help in giving a closer diagnosis and better way of management.
