After going through the details provided by you I can understand your concern about your health and I would like to tell you that usually patients experience high blood pressure when they visit a hospital or doctors clinic but in your case reverse is happening.

The bp readings which you have mentioned are quite high and needs proper medication adjustments and some investigations.

Kindly provide these details

1. Your age group
2. Any other medical condition?
3. Do you skip medication intermittently?
