Why My Cbc Is Dropped To 55?

Question : My cbc on 11 was 88
on 12th morning it was 79
and at 4 pm it was 58
at 6 pm it was 70
but today morning again it dropped to 55

CBC means Complete blood count, there are many parameters in it.
Also, I would like to know why was the cbc test done and repeated.
