Question : hello mg daughter is getting these bumps apl over. shes not vomiing or has no fever can you tell me what it is?

It seems like folliculitis, which is nothing but a minor bacterial infection of hair follicles.
In most cases it will settle with conservatives management.

If there is pain and redness in the area, topical antibiotics may also be needed.
