Question : hello mg daughter is getting these bumps apl over. shes not vomiing or has no fever can you tell me what it is?

I have gone through the pictures.
It seems like folliculitis, which is nothing but a minor bacterial infection of hair follicles.
In most cases it will settle with conservatives management.
You can consult your local physician and start a short course of antibiotics for five to seven days.
If there is pain and redness in the area, topical antibiotics may also be needed.
