Brief Answer:
Kindly give few more detail; need not worry now

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

From what you said, she is 14 years old, and having vomiting along with chest pains.
In order to get a more clear picture, I would like to get few more details:

1. When did this start?
2. Any other complaints like fever, cough, cold, abdominal pain, loose stools or pain/discomfort on passing urine?
3. Any particular change in diet preceding this?

This might suggest a viral illness.
Kindly get back with details, so that I can guide you better

Meanwhile, you can give her Ondansetron 8mg tablet to control vomiting. Wait for 45 minutes after tablet before trying anything orally. Can be given 2 times daily for 2-3 days if needed.

Regards, Dr Aslam
