Question : Hey ever since January I've had this issue and I know I should go to a real doctor but I am looking for advice first. Anyway my ears tend to crackle a lot if I am swallowing or yawning. More than they should and I feel like I am out of it sometimes and my head is too big for my body and I don't seem as focused and my eye sight doesn't seem as good as it once was. I am 27, and check my blood pressure a good bit and it seems like it tends to be higher than it should

Brief Answer:
Hii. Welcome to the healthcare services. You need to consult an ent surgeon

Detailed Answer:
Hii. Welcome to the healthcare services. You need to consult an ent surgeon and get your ear checked. Do a hearing test, pure tone audiogram and impedance audiogram. If there is no hearing loss then it might be eustachian tube dysfunction. Take steam inhalation and saline nasal spray. It will help in reducing the symptoms. Check your blood pressure and blood sugar. If it is high consult a physician and start antihypertensive. I think you are too much stressed. Take relaxation exercise and yoga. if you are having heaviness of head or headache, you can do a CT brain just for assurance.
