Question : Hi, face and neck are becoming black day by day and itching issue is there, especially in private parts area, please can u suggest any tip for this problem. thanks

Hello ,

For diffuse facial hyperpigmentation i would suggest you to first stop usimg all cosmetics on face that you may be using like fainess creams, oil etc. Instead use a sunscreen throughout the day. At night you may use a demelanizimg cream like glycolic acid and kojic acid preparations e.g Demelan cream or Kojivit ultra cream and the like. For itching in the groin i would suggest that you use an absorbant dusting powder e.g clotrimazole dusting powder to keep the folds dry and to discourage fungal infection which causes itching.

thank you sir, I am doing table job in the roof and sun interaction is zero and swatting is high for me especially morning time swatting is very high and this blackish area is neck and face only, this is identified since so many months but I neglected this but now every one saying why you are becoming black and then I realized and approached you.
pls provide the medication list in prescription for procurement and pls describe how to use.

Hi.
i have already mentioned the medications to be used. The demelanizing cream may be used once at night. The antifungal powder is to be used, twice daily- morning and evening.
