Question: My face skin is lossing and I am getting Dark patches on my face above cheek side ways and a line is coming up as smile mark sideways

Kojic acid cream and sunscreen

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the follow up and photographs.
You have developed superficial pigmentation and age related changes.
These are mainly due to photodamage.
Apply kojic acid gel in night over the pigmented area and a sunscreen with spf 50 daily in morning all over the face.
Do this for at least 3 months.
This will help you.
