Question : hello , My age is 25 I have been noticing that my hair started thinning down from past 3 weeks and atleast a 100-150 strands are losing out . I have been in stress from past 6 months and also I have been noticing kind of pimples or something on the scalp of my head. My dad isn't bald nor my grand father atleast till an age of 60. I had a recent hair cut and I see that she thinned my hair down. I have been using some shampoo and oiling it but still I see there is no progress. also, I have been taking biotin supplement and ashwagandha from past 2 weeks. please let me know on this

If your have scaly skin or red skin using ketoconazole shampoo may help you.
You can use a gentle shampoo to wash hair.
