Question : My hands shake/shiver very frequently. This has been going on for a long time now. Can you please provide possible causes and remedies to fix this issue. This may be the problem of essential tremor.
Note:This is not due to any perceived danger or pressure and it is natural.

I read your query and here is my advice.

Essential tremor may be a reason of shaking hands. Using alcohol and caffeine may also contribute to tremor or shaking hands.
Also thyroid issues such hyperthyroidism may cause shaking hands. You may need to check thyroid hormone levels T3, T4 TSH.
Also you may need a neurological examination to diagnose it.
